UPDATE- State Route 88 Carson Pass is estimated to open at 4:30 today. This is dependent on weather and equipment and the road may not remain open for an extended period as a Winter Storm Warning is in effect until 12:00 p.m. tomorrow and travel is not advised during this time. http://pic.twitter.com/tIBErikCyo
