Caltrans and  CHPTruckee are diverting I-80 EB traffic at the Soda Springs exit. Anticipate delays and slow-moving traffic, however, motorists will be able to resume EB travel via the off- and on-ramps. http://pic.twitter.com/NmJaOmKswy
