WB I-80 has reopened to traffic in Truckee. Chains required from Truckee to Baxter. Speed limit is 30 mph. EB I-80 Is still closed and all traffic is being turned around at Drum as crews continue to clear spinouts. No ETO for EB 80.  nevadadot
