Update: Caltrans QuickMap shows multiple vehicle spinouts & traffic at a standstill on I-80 in the Sierra. Theres no ETO when everything will be cleared. I-80 remains closed btwn NV stateline & Colfax. Hwy 20 is closed in NV City; Hwy 49 at Downieville due to the 80 closure. http://pic.twitter.com/bMsLwJSFbA
