Our friends  NWSSacramento are alerting us to winter weather hitting the region this weekend - snow could be falling as soon as tonight. The passes at Carson, Tioga, Ebbetts and Sonora are forecast to receive 2 to 4 inches of snow, with rain in the foothills and the valley floor. http://pic.twitter.com/DnBoCQQ21W
