[admin] bounces fixed/re-subscriptions

Dear All, 

Gmail has been more picky about rejecting Email, and removed a bunch
from you from the list by bouncing Emails.

I've made some changes on my mail server that will hopefully make gmail
happier, and resubscribed you. 
Hopefully it will take care of the issue.
