We captured this video from our Dutch Flat camera, but several of the I-80 Sierra corridor cameras are either frozen or covered in snow and not usable. 80 remains closed to all traffic in both directions with no ETO. Access to 80 from Highway 20 in @nevadacityca is closed. https://t.co/THeLl2fkTn
