Before you do that...  any chance that you could re-format the page slightly to make it more printer-friendly? Right now it takes 5 pages to print it out.  It would be really neat if you could compress it enough that each "genre" of definitions (normal/menu, and equalizer) would print on a single page, but if that's not practical, make each genre print on a pair of pages.  It would do that now, I think, if the header information preceding the first button set were on a separate page.

Look at me -- Nick does all that work, makes a beautiful web page out of it, and all I do is complain about it not fitting my printer.  Shame on me.    *^_^*

Actually, with what Nick has done here, I can probably make up my own cheat sheet to suit my own warped desires.
