Just don't synch twice in the same emplode session, always exit emplode after a synch. There's a known bug in beta 11, and synching twice in the same session will make your config.ini file grow. Also install the latest hijack to get around the known Jiffies bug. Both of these will be fixed in the next beta release from empeg.
