netmplex

Where is this elusive netmplex? The links on the ExtractStream 
document (www.9thtee.com/extractstream.html) don't yield a netmplex 
tar, they just have mplex. 

Oh, and you have any recommendations for using extractstream & netcat 
to go directly into any kind of multiplexing program (either Windows 
or Linux), please let me know. I don't want to fall into any of the 
recently discussed pitfalls of large file sizes either.
