Yes, your path is just wrong. "ls" is in /tivo-bin. When I do "echo
$PATH" I get
/tivo-bin/:/bin:/sbin:/tvbin:/devbin:/hack/bin/
Here's another hint: you can still see all your files with the shell;
"echo /tivo-bin/*" will show all the files in /tivo-bin.

Double-whammy upgrade to me. The first 2.5 upgrade knocked me off a
while ago, and the very day I got back into it, another upgrade 2.5.1
did it to me again. Could be the upgrade was waiting until my tivonet
came back, but I was still getting programming/messages updates.
