Anyone gotten ExtractStream to work? Or am I just lame.

I've tried extracting a video from my TiVo running 2.0.1 and it 
doesn't seems to work. I get:

and a bunch more of the "Sequence number bogus" errors. I can't 
imagine what I'm doing differently than anyone else.
