[ExtractStream] NFS issues

Geoffrey,

You were exactly right, I went back a looked at the /etc/exports, and I did
have a space.

Unfortunately, the problem remains.

After I made the change, I rebooted both the SUSE box and the Tivo, and
still get the permission denied error after loading NFS on the Tivo and the
mount command.

It mounts ok, but then will not let me write to or create a directory on the
exported share.

What should I look at next? I saw the post from another offering help about
the user space nfs daemon, but that promptly went right over my head
(relative linux newbie here).

You didn't post your the line from your /etc/exports file, so I'm only
guessing, but a common problem people have is that they put a space
between the hostname and the options. Ie. you should do:
/blah hostname(rw)
not
/blah hostname (rw)
