I've noticed that often, httpd.tcl seems to be truncated. I'm not sure 
why. Sometimes deleting programs makes it come back, sometimes after 
deleting programs more are missing. There is clearly a bug somewhere 
but I don't want to have to learn tcl to sort it out.

Tivoweb seems to get things correctly however I haven't yet worked out 
how you're supposed to get the fsids for that from the program name.
