[ExtractStream] Hello

I have a Direct Tivo. A DirecTivo stores the satellite signal
unre-encoded on disk. So ExtractStream should be able to give me
really good stream that I really don't want to re-encode.

Unfortunately, I've been only playing with all this since version
2.0.1 (now on 2.5; dual tuner baby!). Meaning I never was able to get
ExtractStream to work. Pout...

Ivo
