Does anyone have any suggestions for a good program that can edit MPEG Systems files and re-render them (i.e. for DVD, VCD, etc.). TMPGEnc will re-render, but it doesn't work with Systems (audio+video) streams. Premiere doesn't have native MPEG support. I was using ULead Video Studio, but I'm having some problems with it. Commercial software is okay, as long as it isn't amazingly expensive (some is).
