New version of splitstream

version 0.2 of splitstream is now available from
http://www.geocities.com/joe666boxer
changes:
- small code cleanup
- relax 0 byte audio record for seq. reset
- do memory checks to avoid crashes in bad data
- add large seq warnings
- add win32 ifdef for clean compile on linux

Anyone who has experienced consistent sequence mismatches should give
this a try.

Source code is included.

P.S. The only stream I've seen that caused consistent sequence
mismatches was somehow a mix of two separate shows.
