Yeah, I got the upgrade a few days ago. I just pulled the drive and reran the tivonet floppy on it then copied the extractstream stuff back on. A pain in the butt but no real trauma. In the final analysis, there's not much you can do to stop Tivo from doing whatever they want to the filesystem, just keep backups of everything on your PC and hope they don't pull upgrades too often.
