[ExtractStream] TiVo Transcoding???

I'm guessing that the mpeg decoder in the machine will not work to do mpeg-1
(even if you COULD get into the kernel and use the chip directly). Chances
are you'd be stuck with a 54 MHz RISC chip without floating point to do
encoding, and 16 MB of RAM.
Hope you have a few years to wait for it to encode.
