All I used to be able to extract streams off the Tivo using a program called convertstream. Now I've been upgraded to 2.5.5 and I cant convert the streams anymore. The nearest I have got are all I frames (with a lot of errors) Has anyone else managed to extract a stream after 2.5.5 ? Jim
