got a TivoNet card from 9thtee.com need help with it?

How you doing!
I need some help I got the card and transfered the tivo software 2.5 
to the tivo. The way I did this is I took the hard drive out and put 
it in the computer and loaded it. Then I did like the directions told 
me from the website. From here http://www.9thtee.com/tivonet.htm 
after that I put it back to my tivo. I then inserted the isa board and 
then the network card. After that I got a chance to ping it and it was 
successfull. Now what I would like to do is us the program 
extractstream to send the Mpeg and sound files to my computer so I can 
convert to be able to play on computer. I need help if some one can 
guide me through how to get the extractstream into the tivo? Should I 
insert the tivo harddrive to the computer and insert the file that 
way? Or should I use a telnet software like Tera Term Pro? That is 
what I am using now. Also if that person can write a procedure for me 
like setup by step? I would like to understand the Tivo and I see it 
has a lot of potentional for all of us. Some that we are trying to 
understand. Please help. 

P.s can you tell me a good website that maybe have very very easy 
instructions. that I can follow. so I can set this up.
