Need some help with Tivoftpd

How you doing. People. 
I have a problem I want to send tivoftpd to the tivo. I know I can do 
it both ways like throw telent or take the harddrive and install in 
on a computer. I can copy the file from disk to tivo harddrive. Can 
some one tell me this I wan to send the file but I can't to my ftp 
with telent. 

Telnet procedure.
1. bash-2.02# cd var
2. bash-2.02# mount -o remount,rw / " this is to make it able to 
copy the file to the directory"
3. bash-2.02# cd hack
4. Now I am want to send the file with tera term pro to the tivo so I 
go to transfer, Zmodem and pick the file called tivoftpd. When I send 
it after that I see this comand that pops up like this I will show 
you.

5. After that I can't do anything so I have to get out of Tera Term 
Pr and also restart my Tivo. 
6. When I come back the the directory by 
7. bash-2.02# cd /var
8. bash-2.02# cd hack
9. I don't see that file their. 

Can some one help me out how to send this to the tivo or how to copy 
it from floppy to tivo drive. I would really be great full.
