He's an update steve,

The program now extracts .ty streams from the program ExtractStream and
mfs_streams (I mention this as mfs_streams seems to have an irritating bug
in it which causes 1 corrupt chunk at the start of each FSID). Audio &
video are syncronised (but not how I want them to be), so you feed the two
streams back into TMPGEnc and multiplex them. Unfortuatly the program is
getting further and further away from a POSIX sytle application. It was
written from scratch to be Win32 and thats it, however for my error handling
and bounds checking I am now using the virtual memory tables, which means
that a Linux port is getting further away (as I haven't done any virtual
memory stuff in Linux).

Things to do are :
provide an MPEG2 based transport layer based on the PTS markers in the file.

Jim

Hi Jim,

Thanks for the update ... This is a welcomed binary for windows users.
I'm a linux user and I thought a linux version was way down on your list
of priorities? Maybe I should have qualified my email a little better :-)

Sounds goods. I know you're planning to release some source code... And
I know you're still fine tuning the code... I'm trying to tie this into
a jukebox project I'm working on ... (which is currently at a stand
still). Any thoughts on a release date?

Thanks,

Steve
