[ExtractStream] DVD writing

I'll throw in a motion to second, here! I just got this working over the
weekend and it is SPIFFY. I was going to send the author a donation via
paypal and ask him if he ever thought about doing something like that for
TiVO. By my way of thinking, his scripting techniques could easily be
extended to use TivoAPP to suck stuff off the tivo and convert directly to
SVCD format, or even SVCD CD-image files for CDR-WIN.

Note, however, that the scripting depends upon a commercial product
(Cinecraft encoder 2.5)
