No, I am starting to suspect that the TiVo itself is allowing corrupted
data to be stored inside tystreams, viz. the bad video chunks people
are reporting.

Can you play the stream on the TiVo as per normal, and see if there
is any audio break or strangeness around the 68th chunk?
