Can't Use Tivoapp or Extractstream

Gary:

I've got the latest TiVoApp running on a Sony SA with 3.0 software, 
but all I get from ShowList.tcl is:

TiVo1: {~/tivoweb-tcl} % ShowList.tcl 
<?xml version="1.0" ?>
<ShowList>
</ShowList>

Any ideas?
