Audio skips

I have been using ExtractStream + TivoApp + DivX5 + FlaskMpeg0.6 to 
encode my video from my Tivo for the last year with no problems. I 
just got a new PC (P4 2.53Ghz) and for some reason, my audio skips 
when using FlaskMpeg0.6. When I play the extracted MPG2 inside of 
Windows Media player, it plays fine. However the Audio Player inside 
of FlaskMpeg and the output Mpeg4 has audio that skips. The video 
appears to be fine. Only the audio skips every couple of seconds.

Does anyone have any ideas?
