Tivoapp and 3.0 problem

Since my upgrade to 3.0, I have had many crashes while extracting 
mpegs. 
I have found however that TyStreams extract just fine.

Lately, my process has been to use TivoApp to get the TyStream,
then TyConvert to create the mpeg. Seems to work great.
