You can't. Switch to Ulead DVD Movie Factory. Use TMPGEnc to pluck
adverts and mux the m2a and m2v files out of tytool. Use Ulead DMF to
put in chapter points and write the DVD or, at least, the DVD
directory structure.

When setting chapter points, UNCHECK "Locate scene frames".
You may slide the... slide forward, but DO NOT slide it back.
Instead, put the cursor next to the slide and click. FREQUENTLY click
the "save" icon. And, lastly, note that there may be a multi-second
delay in movie play when you hit the "play" triangle.

Such has been my experience under WinME (yes, I know I should have
gotten Win2K NOW) on an Athlon 850.
