Failed sendstream | nc to nc on XP

ok, help!!!!!! anyone got an idea what's going wrong? or am I still 
in a steep learning curve. Here is my sendstream to nc output.
When I run tyconvert and run it w/o checking anything it shows all 
the chunks as invalid. Anyone have an idea what I should use for 
settings on the tyconvert side as well.

any help is appreciated, greatly,
