Prevent upgrade?

Hi All:

Does anyone know of a way to keep your TiVo with 2.5 from being upgraded? I 
know that one of the makers of the "Free TiVo" had a way of doing it. I'd 
really like to keep my TiVo at 2.5 since I have had great sucess making 
DVDs and I just got he process finetuned to perfection. (As much as possible.)

Thanks for any help you can provide. I plan on posting a website detailing 
my DVD burning method. (I only went through seven programs to find the 
one(s) that work.)
