Experiences with Sony2000 SA and WinME

Hi,

I could go into great detail about my experiments last night, but before
I do... Does anybody care? I mean, anybody else have a Sony2k SA with
v2.5.1a software and an inability to extract anything except with
mfs_export?

Using an hour-long show recorded at "High" and spread across 4
tystreams, I tried sendstream, something called sendstream02, and two
versions of ExtractStream, one whose size was 36084, the other, 60284.
The smaller ExtractStream would barely get past the second of four
tystreams, and even then it did eventually die, leaving a tystream which
was horribly pixelated after being run through tyConvert. On the CYGWIN
side, I found a program called tyc, presumably a stripped-down version
of tyConvert, which died when it tried to read the second tystream.
