Latest version of ExtractStream?

Hello everyone-

I'm new to this group -so forgive my ignorance if this question has 
been recently asked/answered. I've tried to do my homework before 
asking, but haven't found an answer.

A few months ago, after my TiVo got its
2.5.1a-01-1-000 software update, I'm starting to get
the following errors when running ExtractStream
(extracted from ExtractStream-0.2.tgz).

Attempting to locate tyStream with fsid 1759751...
Sector FSID passed (1ada07) failed to match the FSID value in the 
sector (19c09e).
Sector FSID passed (1ada07) failed to match the FSID value in the 
sector (1aa735...
-------

Strange thing is, I wouldn't get this FSID error on *every* show -
but it's happening more and more often.
Recently, I'm getting this problem *every time*.

Is there a newer version of ExtractStream? Where can I get it?
If not, what are my options?
