Example no commercial ty list

Example "High Quality" rip with no commercials. all were <=512MB before I 
started. I just store them on a cheap 160GB drive. Cost is $1.7 in media 
(hard drive space).

File 0 is chunk 0, some people say not to trash it... Soon I will cat them 
all together and use playitsam to transfer them (so much easier than 
netcat, and just as fast.) Playitsam's engine is basically netcat with 
file naming built in...
