How long to extract a video? (Thanks -Netcat works much faster!)

I'm using Gary's tivoapp to a standalone,

on tivonet:
30min basic transfers in 7 to 8 min.
1hr high transfers in 27 min.

on turbonet:
30min basic transfers in 4.5 min.
1hr high transfers in 17 min.

I have'nt tried any speed tweaks with turbonet yet, but I ain't 
complaining!
