What version of TMPGenc are you using?

Have you checked the original tystream? The .m2v stream is playable
in elecard's MPEG player, but FF/RW don't work, so you'll have to
wait the full 50 minutes before you get to the 'bad spot'.

I started with the digitalregime page as well (and I have a link) but
I use some different software & refined his technique in different
ways that might give you some new ideas...
