Ahh I wish! (I think we all do) Having just gone through the process here
are the few hints I have.

Setting up the hardware 9thtee.com has probably the best info (or links to
it)

For setting up extraction.. well your on this list which I found to be the
best resource. Using the yahoo groups interface to search through the
archives works pretty well.
