[SA-exim] I missed it - true spam is accepted

I do hope you had a good weekend and feel refreshed.

May I start your Monday with a question. I did search the list archives but
I must have missed this if it was discussed, because in my setup I do not
see where it is, or is it in the code itself? In the log snippet below, I surely
did miss a point and could do better with your advise, especially on where
the required=5.0 is set.
