[SA-exim] I missed it - true spam is accepted

This means that:
1) your SA setup flags messages as spam if the score is 5.
You can change that in local.cf (/etc/mail/spamassassin or something like
that)
2) The mail was scored with 7.5, but SA-Exim was configured to pass on
messages with that score because it's not certain that it's spam. You
can change the threshold in /etc/mail/spamassassin.conf (although, I
wouldn't, I don't think it's very safe to bounce mail with a threshold
lower than 10 or 12)
