I should fix the comment.
The one I have right now does:

SAEximRunCond: ${if and {{def:sender_host_address} {!eq {$sender_host_address}{127.0.0.1}} {!eq {$h_Do-Not_Run-SA:}{Yes}} {!match {$h_To:}{powerteam}} {!match {$h_Cc:}{powerteam}} {!match {$h_To:}{bamo}} {!match {$h_Cc:}{bamo}} } {1}{0}}

So it's really a conditional on/off :-)

Actually the reason for calling the package exim4 is that you can install it
in addition to exim 3. Typically this is done when the new package isn't a
drop in replacement for the old one.
I have to do some work on the package however so that it does all the nice
alternatives stuff and doesn't require you to move off a few files and set
symlinks by hand :-)
