[SA-exim] localscan_dlopen.patch trouble with exim4 - compile fails :((

It looks like the problem is with the exim compilation, not local_scan.
My guess is that if you try to compile exim 4.05 by itself, you'll have
problems too.

Can't help you too much with that
1) I don't have it on my system
2) You do not mention which unix system you are using.

If you cannot build exim 4.05 by itself, I recommend you try on the
exim-users list first, and do mention what OS you're trying to compile on.
