[SA-exim] localscan_dlopen.patch trouble with exim4 - compile fails :((

is there anybody out there?

hi, i applyed the patch localscan_dlopen.patch to exim 4.05, fine, but
compilitaio fails with this message:

where or what the hell is netinet/ip_var.h ????? i dont have this! whats

up here? im stupid as before :))
