[SA-exim] Timeout error on large messages

Right,  it's the  same problem. The  problem actually  seems to  be with
spamc hanging  on input and hanging  sa-exim, but the end  result is the
same.

It's  fixed  in CVS  and  I  was supposed  to  release  the new  version
yesterday, except that I've been sick for the last 4 days, so it kind of
hinders on my coding...

If  you get  the version  from CVS,  it's fixed,  and I  really hope  to
release version 2.2 RSN.
