[SA-exim] SA-Exim on Debian stable?

Just remove the version requirement from the control file.  It should work
(if you force it, I think it will screw up apt-get the next time 'round).

SA-Exim wants debconf 2.0

Debian stable has debconf 1.0.32. Should I just force it?

Then I used dh-make-perl to get the latest spamassassin.
