Exiscan is built in exim, so right there it would be a simpler solution for
people to start.
While I don't claim to know Exiscan very well, it likely does what most
people use SA-Exim for, SA-Exim however has
- more configuration options
- more things you can do to deal with spam (I'm not sure Exiscan has
greylisting adjusted scoring, which makes a huge difference for me)
- a way to save delayed or rejected mail, which also comes in handy for me.
Hope this helps.
