[ExtractStream] Trouble with Extractstream? Try splitstream

Hello Joe, 
I am sure you are getting flodded with requests for
help, I hope you still could find the time to reply.
Could you briefly explain what tool/process will allow
me to go from m2a & m2v > divx? This is exactly what I
am looking for, but I so far I thought this would
require a multistep process? I really would
appreciate any help!
