Trouble with Extractstream? Try splitstre am

I'm using virtual dub in the 2 stage divx conversion. divx 4.0 with 2
pass is supposed to be better (or at least the same) as sbc.

The final stage (mixing audio+video) is done in nandub.

I don't have any experience with cartoons, but so far, divx has
respected the Kbps setting that chose.
