No luck in the UK for 2.5.5

I tried last night to go back to CBR and still all the extraction 
programs dont work. 1.5.2 worked great, but I can't seem to get it 
to work anymore.

I've started to write a program to parse the files correctly, which 
is going really well at the moment, but I'm a bit lacking on the 
Tivo transport format. The PES stuff is just in the MPEG2 specs, 
which is not a problem.

Anyone got any info on the Tivo transport mechanism?

PS I've look through the source of ExtractStream, Tyc, Tyconvert, 
SendStream .... Any other info would be usefull.
