tivoapp 2.x and TiVo 2.5.5

All, (esp UK owners)

I had the same problem when my TIVO was 'upgraded' a few weeks ago in
the UK, so with the help of my trusty MPEG2 ISO specs and a hex
editor, and a stunning revelation in Mcdonalds, I now have a
completely rewritten, brand new program for extracting 2.5.5 UK
streams.

It's not opensource or GPL or anything, but I don't mind sharing the
exe about (although I'll need somewhere to put it). It also uses
win32 api, so its not really that portable.

The reason for this, is that I went looking for various programs
before I even started writing my own. The amount of recycling of
source code was just causing me problems finding numberous versions
of the same code ... etc ... I think we've all been there.

So if I maintain this as a binary, at least we'll know where we all
are with it.

It handles all the quality settings and both VBR and CBR (although
the format is not actually any different) but I have tested with
both.

Anyone whos interested drop me a mail and I'll send it back when I
get a moment.

P.S. If anyone has a few hundred Kb of US stream I'll probably be
able to figure out the slight differences for that.
