Winders calculator has had hex/dec/oct/binary functions built-in
since Version 3.11, IIRC...

Start "calc" & click "View" then "Scientific" - you get all the main
bases, plus degrees/rads/grads, logs, some stat functions and a few
others...
I'll admit it's not the best calcaputer available, but IMHO it's
better than sparkin' up a web browser just to convert a few numbers
to base16.
